We planted Cabernet Sauvignon for the first time five years ago directly behind the domaine. Although the vines are still relatively young, they already reveal their incredible potential after the first harvest: the wine is soft and powerful and has a seductive scent of black currant, a scent that is typical for Cabernet Sauvignon.
